This is a real takeoff, exactly as delivered — only the building name, the fabricator and the job
number have been removed. Every quantity, length, weight, piece mark and spec grade below is untouched.
Where the drawings didn't resolve something, the line says so.
This library's CD set left most connections, brick lintels and facade supports undetailed, and several elevations had to be scaled.
That accounts for 112 of the 125 lines here —
Needs Confirmation where no detail was issued,
SCALED-VERIFY where a dimension had to be scaled, and
Estimating Basis where a size was carried to match a comparable detail.
Every one of them names the sheet it came from, so you can price it as an assumption or raise an RFI.
The alternative is a number with nothing behind it, and you find out which on bid day.
