Privacy Policy

Short version: we collect what you type into the quote form, we never receive your drawing files, and there are no cookies and no tracking on this site. We count page views with cookieless analytics that cannot identify you.

Your drawings never reach us as files

This is worth stating first because it is unusual. Two separate things happen with your drawings, and neither one uploads them here:

• The page counter runs inside your own browser. When you drop PDFs onto the quote form to count the pages, those files are opened and counted on your computer. Only the resulting number is submitted. The files themselves never leave your machine and never touch our servers.
• The drawings themselves stay where you put them. You send a link — Dropbox, WeTransfer, Drive, Box, SharePoint, a plan room. We open that link to do the work. We do not host, republish or redistribute your drawings, and we do not share them with anyone.

What we collect

Only what you enter in the quote form: your name, company, email address, and optionally your phone number, project name and bid date; the link to your drawings; the page count; whether you want same-day turnaround; and any notes you write. That is the complete list.

Why we have it

To quote your job, do the work, and send you the material list. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for marketing. We do not send marketing email you did not ask for.

Who else touches it

Being straight about the third parties involved:

• Web3Forms receives your quote-form submission and forwards it to us by email. It passes through their service on the way to our inbox.
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces on this site. Loading a page makes a request to Google, which means Google sees your IP address. We do not control that and we get nothing from it.
• Stripe handles payment if you go ahead. Card details go to Stripe, not to us — we never see or store a card number.
• Email and file hosting. Your quote request and the material list we send you live in ordinary email, hosted by our email provider.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views so we know whether anyone is finding this site. It sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, does not record your IP address, and cannot follow you to another site or identify you.

What we do not do

No cookies. No advertising pixels, no session recording, no fingerprinting, no cross-site trackers, and nothing sold or shared with anyone.

We do count page views, using Cloudflare Web Analytics. It is cookieless: it tells us a page was viewed, not who viewed it. We still cannot tell you apart from anyone else who reads this sentence — only that somebody did.

How long we keep things

We keep quote requests and completed material lists so we have a record of work delivered and can answer questions about an old job. If you want your details or a past job removed, email us and we will delete them.

Your say

Ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you. Ask us to correct it and we will. Ask us to delete it and we will, unless we are required to keep a record of a paid transaction.
